Healing Art Program

For every purchase on our website, we donate a "Healing Art- Coloring book for adults" to men and women healing from trauma. Books are distributed through our network of social workers and art therapists.

In addition, we also donate towards charities that rehabilitate, support and empower women and children.

During a recent trip to India Deepthi discovered Ashadeep Home for Girls in Bangalore, India. Ashadeep is a registered not for profit that was established in the 90’s to provide safe homes, education and a future for young girls and women that were found abandoned or orphaned at a young age.

Ashadeep works closely with Child Welfare Services, who rescue the young ones from the streets of Bangalore and nearby towns and villages and bring them to safe havens like Ashadeep. Most of these children have come from poor and abusive backgrounds and have much to heal.

Ashadeep houses over 50 girls aged between 4 and 18 years. All of whom are educated through donated positions at local schools and colleges in Bangalore. In addition to regular schooling, girls are taught English through local volunteers.

With the funds raised from our sales, items such as sanitary napkins, school books, shoes and other basic necessities are provided.

The pictures and the video below is from Deepthi’s recent visit to Ashadeep in Sep 2015. Deepthi and her family threw a birthday party for all the girls at Ashadeep who have never had a birthday celebrated before. Needless to say this was one of the most memorable day of 2015 for all of us!

Watch us dance and have a ball with the children :)
